2025 was a year of growth, momentum, and meaningful impact for Stigma-Free Mental Health Society.

• 758 schools engaged through our Young Minds Matter campaign in 2025
• 6,915 students reached through live Stigma Free presentations in 2025
• More than 104,000 users of our Student Mental Health Toolkit since its launch
• Continued growth of our Rural Minds Matter program, strengthening mental health education and peer support across agricultural and rural communities

Behind every number is a student who felt less alone, an educator better equipped, and a community strengthened through conversation and understanding.
